Refund policy
You can use our digital withdrawal function to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you receive the product. Once you have submitted your request, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Under applicable distance selling legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the Products, provided that the purchase was made online or otherwise at a distance.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you notify us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, subject to any deduction for diminished value resulting from handling the Products beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
Any Products that you no longer wish to keep must be returned by you. An exception applies to custom-moulded hearing protection products, which are manufactured according to individual specifications and are therefore not eligible for withdrawal or return. For information regarding applicable warranties, please refer to the relevant product page.
The Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, unless you have provided evidence that the Products have been shipped before that date.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal in relation to a contract for the supply of digital content or a digital service, you must refrain from using the digital content or digital service and from making it available to any third party.
