Taxes and fees (for customers outside the EU)

We deliver duty free (DDP) when delivering to the following countries

  • All countries in the European Union
  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • Norway

This means: If your delivery adress is in one of the above countries, there will be no extra costs.

Other countries may be required to pay import duty, local VAT, sales tax or formal customs duty upon, or prior to, delivery. If you are wondering how this will affect the total cost of your order, please check your local legislation.

Pick up in store

Pick up in store means that your order is packed and prepared to be picked up at our store at Karlavägen 48, 114 49 Stockholm. When the package is available to pick up in the store, you will receive a notification to the contact details you have provided to us in connection with your order.

What happens if my order is delayed? 

In the event of a delay, you have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not approve a new delivery time. If you want to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery time and have paid in advance, the money will be returned to the payment method you specified when you placed the order.

You cannot order an item that is not in stock/available for purchase. A delay can therefore only occur if something has gone wrong in our warehouse or during delivery.
