Serenity Choice Swim
Phonak Serenity Choice Swim is durable and made from medical grade materials, built to last even with frequent use in salt water. The earmuffs are molded to your ear for a precise and secure fit. They keep water out, protect sensitive ear canals and prevent irritation.
Thanks to their well-thought-out design, the plugs stay firmly in place while also providing a filter that allows you to hear ambient noise and conversations. The hearing protectors are also floatable, a small but important detail.

Molded hearing protectors
Cold water and wind can irritate the ear canal and lead to surfer's ear . Our molded ear protectors reduce the risk by protecting the ear and preventing the discomfort.
Secure fit
The protectors stay comfortably and securely in place when swimming or doing water sports. They prevent water from entering and help prevent infections.
Maintain a sense of your surroundings
You can still hear what's going on around you, talk to friends in the water, or wait for the perfect wave when surfing.
Durable and practical
Made from medical grade material that can withstand frequent use even in salt water. Plus, they float so you don't have to worry about losing them.
Frequently asked questions about molded hearing protection
How is the impression taken?
When taking an impression, we first examine your ears with an otoscope to check the ear canal, eardrum and the amount of wax. A protective pad is then placed in the ear canal to protect the eardrum. The ear canal and outer ear are filled with a silicone mass that hardens in about 3 minutes. Once the mass has hardened, an accurate impression is carefully taken. During the entire process, you sit comfortably with a relaxed jaw.
Do I need to prepare for the impressions?
The ear canal should be free of wax before taking the impression. Please use Revaxör beforehand or contact the healthcare provider if necessary. We always examine the ears before taking the impression.
How long does it take to cast the ears?
The entire visit usually takes about 20 minutes, including checking the ears and taking the impression itself.
When do you have time for impressions?
We offer impression taking on weekdays when our reception is open for all types of hearing protection. For bookings, please call 08 663 11 00 or email info@aktivhorsel.se .
