Bellman & Symfon
Bellman RC for light industry
Bellman RC are specially developed molded hearing protectors for those who work in light industrial environments, where noise reduction, communication and comfort are crucial for a safe and efficient workday.
The earmuffs are molded to your ear canal, ensuring they stay securely in place even during movement, jaw movements or long work shifts. They are made of soft, hypoallergenic silicone, which provides a very comfortable fit without the risk of chafing, pressure or irritation.
The vented design allows air to pass through and reduces pressure differences so you don't feel like your ears are "plugged" or hot and stuffy. Meanwhile, the unique filter effectively reduces harmful noise while allowing speech and important signals through so you can communicate with colleagues without removing your protection.
Bellman RC are discreet and have no protruding parts, so they do not interfere with helmets, goggles or other personal protective equipment. For increased safety in production environments, they are also available with a built-in metal ball, making them easy to find if they are dropped.

Frequently asked questions about molded hearing protection
How is the impression taken?
When taking an impression, we first examine your ears with an otoscope to check the ear canal, eardrum and the amount of wax. A protective pad is then placed in the ear canal to protect the eardrum. The ear canal and outer ear are filled with a silicone mass that hardens in about 3 minutes. Once the mass has hardened, an accurate impression is carefully taken. During the entire process, you sit comfortably with a relaxed jaw.
Do I need to prepare for the impressions?
The ear canal should be free of wax before taking the impression. Please use Revaxör beforehand or contact the healthcare provider if necessary. We always examine the ears before taking the impression.
How long does it take to cast the ears?
The entire visit usually takes about 20 minutes, including checking the ears and taking the impression itself.
When do you have time for impressions?
