How do I know that my order has gone through?
An order confirmation is sent to you at the email address you entered when ordering. When your order then leaves our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
Sometimes it can happen that the email from us ends up directly in your junk mail, so feel free to check there if you can find your order confirmation on your order.
Can I order through a company as VAT is involved?
If you wish to take this to a company, please contact us to order as we will send an invoice. Our online sales are VAT-free and aimed at private individuals.
What shipping options do you have?
We use PostNord home delivery (MyPack Home), DHL Express, PostNord consignment note depending on which product you order.
How long is your delivery time?
Our goal is for you to receive your order within 2-5 working days when it comes to ordering accessories. When it comes to hearing aids, read more about our shipping policy
How much does shipping cost?
We deliver with free shipping.

Ordering molded hearing protectors
Do I need to prepare for the impressions?
We always look in the ears before we do the casting. If there is too much wax in the ear canal, we will inform measures. We recommend using Revax ear or visiting an ear doctor for wax removal.
Do I need to prepare for the impressions?
The ear canal should be free of wax before taking the impression. Please use Revaxör beforehand or contact the healthcare provider if necessary. We always examine the ears before taking the impression.
How long does it take to cast the ears?
The entire visit usually takes about 20 minutes, including checking the ears and taking the impression itself.
When do you have time for impressions?
We offer impression taking on Saturdays when our reception is open for all types of hearing protection. For bookings, please call 08 663 11 00 or email info@aktivhorsel.se .
When I have made impressions of my ears. How long do you keep them in your system?
We store your impressions digitally for up to two years. During this time, you do not need to take new impressions when ordering molded hearing protection.
How are the hearing protectors delivered?
When you take an impression with us, you choose whether you want to have the hearing protectors delivered to your home or pick them up in person at our reception at Karlavägen 48 in Stockholm.

Ordering hearing aids online
I am already a customer of yours and want to order online. Do you have my hearing test?
If you are a customer with us, we already have your hearing test and can program and deliver directly to you.
I don't have a hearing test. What do I do then?
You can either come to us and do your hearing test or contact the nearest hearing clinic and request to have your hearing results with you.
How can I submit my hearing test (audiogram)?
You take a picture of your hearing test and send it to us at info@aktivhorsel.se

How do I order hearing aids online?
You order the product online, then you take a picture of your audiogram and send it to us. A licensed audiologist programs your hearing aids according to the current hearing curve (audiogram). The result is a tailor-made product for your hearing.
